Tell it the journey. Your AI coach maps the months and weeks, and writes tonight when tonight starts. Tap Continue, do the step, then hold to check in.
Everyone starts in the dark.
What journey do you want to take? The answer is
Learn guitar, at ten minutes a night.
Add D and Asus4, strum the loop slowly.A tap on Continue: one step, ten minutes.
You showed up.
Nothing resets.
Get good at it, one night at a time.
How it works
Astonik sketches the months and weeks ahead, but writes each night's session only when that night starts, so the plan can bend around how last night went.
Stop 1
Each goal becomes a journey on your home screen. Keep a few going and see at a glance which ones have a step waiting tonight.

Stop 2
One step and one small piece of it, with the minutes it takes. Nothing else is waiting on the screen.

Stop 3
You don't have to clear a list. One step and one piece is enough for the night to count. Whatever you leave can come back later, reworded.

Camp for the night
Ready moves you to the next step. Another go keeps you where you are, with the same pieces or a new angle. Tomorrow is written after you answer.

Miss a night and nothing resets.
Astonik counts the nights you showed up, not the ones you didn't. Doing extra today never raises tomorrow's bar.
Use cases

Everyone moves at their own pace. This is the work the app is built to take off your plate.
Tonight's step is written when the night starts, so you open the app and begin instead of deciding what to do.
You choose the minutes a night. One step and one small piece of it is enough for the night to count.
Say Ready to move on, or Another go to stay. Tomorrow is written after you answer, so the plan keeps pace with you.
Ask the AI coach about the step in front of you, or open a lesson video suggested for it.
Your record shows the nights you kept, so steady effort stays visible even in a slow week.
Nothing resets. Pick up where you left off.
Examples are illustrations. What you get out of Astonik depends on the practice you put in.
Appearances
Night, with the galaxy behind everything. Each journey is a star, and it turns gold on a night you keep.
A bright day sky. Journeys are clouds: white while a step waits, gold once you've shown up.
Quiet pearl and slate with no photograph. Journeys sit as stones, limestone while they wait and gold once kept.

AI coach
Stuck halfway through? Ask. The coach answers with the step in front of you in mind, not a generic pep talk.
Talk through tonight's step, or pick up a conversation where you left it. Conversations are kept for 180 days, then deleted.
When a step is too big or the plan stops fitting your week, rework what's left instead of starting over.
A reminder arrives at the time you planned to practise and asks whether you did it. Answer Did it or Not today right from the notification. It's not a nudge to open the app.

Questions
Short answers. Where a question is really about your data, the Privacy Policy is the document that answers it.
No. Nothing resets when you miss a night, and there is no streak to break. One step and one small piece of it is enough for a night to count, and whatever you leave can come back later, reworded.
The use cases are illustrations, not a list of what is supported. The fit check takes your goal in your own words and shows how well Astonik can turn it into a journey today, with the reasons β and it says plainly when the answer is no.
Yes. The nightly session, the walkthrough and the coach's replies are generated by AI, which means they can be wrong β check anything that matters. Astonik doesn't give medical, mental-health or professional advice.
You can, and a good one will write you a sound plan. The hard part tends to come after: knowing what to do on a tired evening, picking it back up after a missed week, and seeing whether any of it is adding up.
Astonik is built for that part. It maps the months and weeks, then writes each night's step when that night starts, sized to the minutes you chose and shaped by how last night went. If you set one, a reminder arrives at the time you planned and asks whether you did it. Your record counts the nights you kept, and a missed one never sends you back to the start.
No. Astonik is a habit and practice coach. It is not a medical, mental-health or crisis service, it doesn't track your body, and it isn't a reminder app. If you may be in danger, call your local emergency number. findahelpline.com lists crisis lines for your country.
Astonik isn't open to the public yet, and it's coming to Google Play. There is no date to give you and pricing isn't settled, so there is nothing honest to quote today β rather than a number this page would have to take back.
One person, building it alone. Astonik is the operator named in the Privacy Policy and the Terms, and hello@astonik.com reaches a real inbox β support and grievances both.
