Will Astonik help with your thing?

Type what you want to get good at. You'll see the stages Astonik would plan, which of them it can guide you through tonight, and which parts are still being built.

Or try:

To write your answer, what you type goes to our server and on to our AI provider. We don't store it and it never joins any list. A goal that sounds like a crisis is answered on your device and isn't sent at all. By continuing you confirm you are 18 or over.

What it scores

Seven questions, asked about the journey.

Not “is this goal hard?” — a big goal is a good goal here, because stages are what a plan is made of. The question is how much of this journey Astonik can plan and walk you through, as it stands today.

  • 1

    It breaks into stages

Months, then weeks, then tonight. A goal that divides into stages — and each stage into single sessions — is the shape Astonik plans in. Broad is fine. Twenty stages is better than two.

  • 2

    Tonight is something you do

Astonik writes steps to carry out, not articles to read. The more of a journey that turns into concrete actions, the more of it there is to guide.

  • 3

Progress shows from night to night

Your record shows the nights you kept. If nothing observable moves between sessions, there is nothing for it to show you.

  • 4

    The path adapts to you

Your answers, your results and what you choose change what comes next. A path that would be identical for everyone needs a book, not a coach.

  • 5

    Tonight shapes tomorrow

Ready moves you on, Another go keeps you where you are, and tomorrow is written after you answer. That thread is the product.

  • 6

There is something to guide you with

The walkthroughs, examples and suggested videos are only as good as what exists to teach from — and AI coaching can be wrong.

  • 7

How much of it Astonik covers today

The honest one. Some stages happen out in the world — talking to customers, playing for an audience — and Astonik can prepare you for those but not do them. A few it does not support yet, and it says which.

A broad goal is not a bad goal

“Start a startup” used to score badly here just for being big, which was wrong. It is nothing but stages — find the idea, pick the problem, talk to people who have it, define the smallest version, build it, test it, first users — and a goal made of stages is exactly what this plans well. If yours could start in several different places, it asks which one you are at rather than guessing.

Where it will still say no

Astonik is a habit and practice coach. It isn't therapy, it isn't a medical or mental-health service, it doesn't track your body and it isn't a reminder app. Those are not gaps waiting to be filled in a later version — ask it about any of them and it says so, instead of finding a number that flatters it.

This check needs JavaScript. With scripts off you can still read what it checks, above — or see what people use Astonik for.

Still not sure?

This is a rough read off one sentence. The pages that show the real thing will tell you more — and if the path for your goal is thin today, the answer above has a way to ask for it.

Astonik is a practice coach, not a medical, mental-health or crisis service, and its coaching is generated by AI. Nothing on this page promises a result. The Terms say the same thing in full.

One thing before we check
